To ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen wrap installation, we kindly ask all clients to carefully review and adhere to the following terms. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, efficiency, and high-quality results for every project.
- Surface Laminate/Vinyl Peeling:
Client Responsibility: Any peeling laminate or vinyl on surfaces to be wrapped must be disclosed prior to the installation date.
Additional Work: If laminate removal is required, this process takes additional time and will incur extra charges. Additionally, surfaces beneath the removed laminate must be primed for proper wrap adhesion. Failure to disclose such issues may result in delays and additional costs. - Surface Damage:
Disclosure: Any damage, cracks, or imperfections on surfaces to be wrapped must be reported and shown to us in advance. Undisclosed damage may compromise the quality of the wrap and may require additional preparation or repair, which will incur extra charges. - Cleanliness & Accessibility:
Preparation: All surfaces and the surrounding area must be clean, free of grease, and uncluttered before our installers arrive.
Delays: If the installation cannot proceed due to insufficient cleanliness or accessibility, additional fees may apply to cover lost time and rescheduling. - Sample Selection:
Viewing in Person: If you choose to not proceed on the day of installation for a material you have confirmed, a cancellation fee of 50%-75% of the total project cost will apply, depending on the circumstances.
Reason: This fee covers the time, travel, and preparation costs of our team. - Additional Work Outside of Scope:
Unplanned Tasks: Any additional work outside the agreed scope of the kitchen wrapping project that has not been reasonably disclosed in advance will be charged at a rate of €150 per hour.
Examples: This includes tasks such as repairing damage, cleaning, or performing other preparatory work that delays the installers. - Respecting Our Installers’ Time:
Our fitters’ time is valuable, and they travel to each job to provide the best service possible. Any avoidable delays, undisclosed issues, or incomplete preparations on the client’s part impact their schedule and other clients. By adhering to these terms, you help us maintain high standards of service and efficiency. - Accurate Measurements and Quotes:
Client Obligation: Clients must provide accurate measurements and details about the surfaces to be wrapped. Any discrepancies found on-site that affect the materials required or job scope may result in additional charges.
Adjustment of Quote: If the scope of the project changes due to inaccurate information, the final cost may be adjusted accordingly. - Booking and Deposit Policy:
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers preparatory costs and holds your installation date.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Rescheduling or cancelling within 7 days of the scheduled installation date may incur additional fees and if our fitters can not be rescheduled – may incur a deposit loss.
